Working in project teams
At Van Hulzen, generalists and specialists work closely together in dedicated teams. For each new assignment, the firm assembles the optimum team on the basis of our employees’ individual expertise. Generally speaking, each team consists of a senior advisor, an advisor and a PR project manager. The senior advisor bears final responsibility and advises on the main lines of the strategy. The advisor ensures that the strategy is implemented and advises in this capacity on the most efficient operational approach. The PR project manager is responsible for the execution within the agreed-upon deadline and the available budget. The PR project manager plays a pivotal role in each individual project, safeguards the quality of the productions and helps the client to take the necessary steps. Where required, the project team is expanded with specialists, e.g. a media strategist, media planner, art director, copywriter or interactive communications advisor.
Short lines of communication
Van Hulzen works in close partnership with the design studio Kicks Concept & Design, which is located in the same building on Schoolstraat. In addition, Van Hulzen employs its own media strategists, copywriters and interactive communications specialists. The main advantage of this arrangement is that we have the specialists required to execute an advice in-house. Our lines of communication are short and effective. This makes it easier to get things done and increases efficiency, both for us and for our clients.
