thinking by linking - the slogan that is something of an operational credo for Van Hulzen. People form their own opinions and expectations. The trick is to find one another by showing each another who you are and what you stand for. Looking for shared goals, shared opinions. Mutual understanding; between an organisation and its public groups, whether these are customers, or employees, investors, interest groups or politicians.

You earn a good reputation. Not by being perfect, but by remaining sincere. By showing what you stand for as an organisation, and who you are. Systematically and purposefully. It is essential to enter into a dialogue, to communicate on the basis of social orientation. Listening, looking around you and interpreting. Saying what is essential in your opinion and then acting accordingly.
